What is Trauma?

Trauma is the Greek word for “Wound”. It was originally meant for physical injuries. Nowadays it’s widely used for emotional wound. Emotional Trauma’s can vary from small to big. We’re very likely to undergo small trauma’s in our daily life, such as being criticized, humiliated or pressed down by someone, conflicts with colleagues, neighbours or families; shocked by certain events or objects etc. They can be small but strong enough to cause a shut-down or a blockage in the emotional system, which can lead to avoidance, fear, anger, low self- esteem, depression etc. These blockages if not released or processed will be stored in our consciousness and subconsciousness that will influence our view of the world and consequently our action and reaction towards the outside worlds. Instead of welcoming the world fresh every day, we wear a filtered and coloured glass and let the past obstructs the future. Bigger form of trauma’s such as, abuse, losing a dearest one, divorce, disease may roots deeper wounds in the emotional system. This will have much more hindering in someone’s life. Depression, phobia, rage, shame, loneliness and grief can be the consequences. The event self doesn’t determine the degree of the emotional wound, but the way the person looks at it, the thoughts and perspective behind it. The perspectives are depending on the backgrounds, cultures, past experiences, memories of that person. Two persons undergo the same event, one can have a big trauma while the other is rarely impacted. Trauma’s are not only from this life time, but many of them are from past lives. We carry the unsolved things with us. We didn’t start with a blank sheet when we came into this world as a baby, but start from where will have ended in the past lives all together. There are millions and millions of them. All disturbing patterns such as emotions, relationships, eating disorders etc, can be originated from past life trauma’s.

Why do we have Trauma?

Every soul has lessons to learn on Earth, for example, learn to love, be patient, to acceptance and respect, be in peace with the self and others, etc. Life will bring you where you need to be. If the lessons are not learned within one life time, they will be carried to the next incarnation and the next one until they’re learned. You may find yourself in repeating patterns. So, it forms energetic blockages through life times. You’ll encounter situations which provide you the opportunities to learn, which may seem unfair and even suffering at first. Once you’ve learned the lessons, you’ll be much grateful of life.

What is Trauma Healing?

Time seems linear to us; it goes only one direction towards the future. But where are the past experiences and events? Our precious moments and less nice ones. Are they gone and disappeared? No, they are not. Instead they’re stored in time and space. The energy of the events are still vibrating and influencing us. Trauma Healing is to reach to that time and space and neutralize and even positively influence the events that have brought us the damages in our life. It opens up the energetic blockages and gives you the strengths to learn your lessons. No matter what you are encountering, remember that there is nothing wrong with you. It is only the surface layer that has shaped you. Deep down in the essence, you are a shinning diamond!

Akashic Records are a dimension of consciousness that contains a vibrational record of every soul and its journey.
